Eleven years ago Harry Potter brought and end to Voldemort and their long lived war. All around the wizarding world it is still referred to as "The Final Battle.". . . . Most like to believe that everyone rejoiced when the daily prophets front page read The Chosen One Fulfills Prophecy and they tell there children stories of the great Harry Potter and how he defeated the most powerful wizard in the world.
A MEMORY REMAINS, JUST A TINY SPARK.[/i][/font]
Few had yet to realize that it was the strong supporters that made Voldemort half of what he was. The handful of families that advocated for his cause and worked behind the scenes. Of course all of the Death Eaters at the battle died, but just because they weren't there didn't mean that they weren't willing to fight.

No one will forget now, though. A month after Voldemorts last stand a huge ceremony was held for Harry and his friends that helped. Anyone who was anyone attended, including the newly appointed Minister of Magic. Right before Harry was about to deliver his speech, the whole building exploded, leaving zero survivors and the wizarding world left to clean up the mess.

A couple months latter the wizarding world let out a long sigh of relief, as things had nearly gone back to complete normality, and yet another new Minister was chosen. He had a strong back bone and was determined to be remembered. He succeeded when he passed away in 2006 mysteriously. Everyone was assured that it was an accident and life continued.

That was the beginning of the Renard Family's Monopoly. Daniel Lloyd Renard stepped up from Head Auror to the Minister of Magic. Soon after his younger brother, son, and nephew took positions as the heads of three different departments. And, no matter how much he secretly detested it, his older brother took his old position. The whole family seemed like perfectly nice people, with charisma, generosity, and good looks pouring out of the lot of them.

Alexander Benjamin Renard IV, the eldest out of the three Renard brothers, knew better than to fall for his brothers tricks. As anyone who knew Daniel from school should have, if it wasn't for his claims of a "a new found appreciation for all life." He knew that no such thing would happen and so he decided it was time to prepare for the worst. He started the new OOTP and deployed his oldest son to resurrect the DA.
But now there is something lingering in the atmosphere, waiting for the right people to grab it, and do what needs to be done.
